Position: Social Media Manager
We are seeking a talented and innovative Social Media Manager to join our dynamic Batesville team. This role is crucial in ensuring we maintain a strong online presence and cultivate our brand identity across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop and implement engaging and creative content across various social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest. This includes images, videos, graphics, and written posts that align with our brand voice and marketing goals.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers to build community relationships. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and personable manner.
- Social Media Strategy: Formulate, execute, and analyze social media strategies that drive traffic, enhance brand awareness, and increase engagement. Utilize insights and analytics to refine our approach continuously.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices. Identify opportunities to leverage trends to our advantage while ensuring our content remains relevant and timely.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure social media initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and share insights with stakeholders. Make data-driven recommendations to enhance our social media initiatives.
- Campaign Management: Oversee social media advertising campaigns from concept to execution. Optimize campaigns to meet ad performance goals and maximize ROI.
- Brand Advocacy: Ensure that all social media content adheres to our brand guidelines, maintains our brand voice, and reflects our corporate values.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a particular focus on storytelling.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences, features, and best practices.
- Experience with social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Google Analytics.
- A creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Passion for the food industry and understanding of the local community.
